SPACs, or Special Purpose Acquisition Companies, are an alternative investment vehicle meant for raising funds in the public markets. They have been around for decades garnering more attention through their transactions with DraftKings, Virgin Galactic, and Nikola this year.
 

As the Penn SPAC Club we are aiming to present this vehicle as a feasible alternative to the traditional IPO process and we are looking for students who would be interested in being a part of our club in the upcoming semester
